Customer portal

Fewer “any update?” calls. Happier customers.

Give every customer a private page in your own name and colours. As you move them through the CRM, their roadmap moves on by itself, so they always know what's next.

Self-booking

They pick the time. It lands in the right diary.

No more phone tag to book a survey. Customers choose from the days and times you offer, and the visit goes straight into the right person's calendar, linked to the customer.

  • ✓You set the days, hours and who can be booked
  • ✓Gaps between visits, and the notice you need
  • ✓Whole-day bookings for fittings
  • ✓Change or cancel, only if you allow it

No more chasing

Signed off and sent over, without the back and forth.

Designs approved in writing, photos of the room before you arrive, and questions sent to the right person, all kept on the customer's page.

Approved, with their name

Share the design or quote. They look it over, type their name and tap Approve, or ask for changes. You know who said yes, and when.

Contracts, signed on screen

With Keystone, an accepted quote becomes your own contract, filled in for you. Customers sign it in their portal with a finger or a mouse, then your people sign, in the order you choose, and everyone gets a copy.

A message, not a missed call

Customers write to you from their portal, and it goes straight to their salesperson, or whoever you choose.

Their team, with faces

Show who's looking after them: their salesperson, surveyor and fitter, with a photo, phone and email.

Details they keep up to date

Let customers fix their own phone number or parking notes, in the fields you pick. No retyping for you.

Built your way

Your portal, block by block.

Build it in CRM setup. Pick the blocks you want, put them in order, and choose the stages each one shows at. Then design the roadmap with your own steps.

  • ✓Thirteen kinds of block to pick from
  • ✓Show a block only at the stages you choose
  • ✓A roadmap with your own steps and words
  • ✓Their first name filled in for you

Your brand, not ours

It looks like you, because it is you.

Customers see your name, your logo and your colour from top to bottom, in the theme your company uses. It feels like part of your business, because it is.

  • ✓Your name and logo
  • ✓Your brand colour
  • ✓Your company's theme
  • ✓Your own words throughout

Open to them. Closed to everyone else.

The Customer portal is an add-on. Switch it on, build it, and publish it when you're happy. You stay in charge of what every customer can see.

A private link eachEvery customer gets a link of their own. No passwords to forget and nothing to sign up for.
Replace it any timeSent it to the wrong person? Make a new link in one click and the old one stops working straight away.
Only what you chooseCustomers see the blocks you've set for their stage, and only the kinds of file you've chosen to share.
Nothing internalYour notes, tags, team chat and other customers stay behind the scenes. Always.
