These are the terms for using Orkello. They're an agreement between Orkello (“we”) and the company that signs up (“your company”, “you”). By creating a company or using Orkello, you agree to them. Orkello is for businesses, not for personal or household use.
Everything your company puts into Orkello (customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, files, messages) belongs to your company. We only use it to run Orkello for you, and we look after it as your processor, as set out in our privacy policy. In particular, we:
You're responsible for having the right to put information into Orkello, for example telling your own customers how you use their details, and for the messages you send through it.
Please don't use Orkello to:
Phone lines, texts and email sent through Orkello also have to follow the rules of the services that carry them, such as Twilio for calls and texts.
Some parts of Orkello work with other companies' services, such as your own email account, phone numbers from Twilio, or a card payment provider. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them, but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Orkello itself (the software, design, name and logo) belongs to us. You can use it under these terms while your company has an account. If you send us ideas or feedback, we're free to use them.
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll email your company's owner at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Orkello before then.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any disputes. Please talk to us first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.
