Imagine a colleague who knows every chat, task and booking in your business, never takes a day off, and gets things done the second you ask. Now give them a name. That's your Orkello assistant.
Every day your team loses minutes to the little things: finding a chat, setting a reminder, checking who's free. Your assistant turns all of it into a quick word, typed or spoken.
“Tell James I'm running late.”
That's it. It checks with you, sends it, and you never left what you were doing.
It works across every Orkello app you use, and every new app we add teaches it new tricks.
“Tell James I'm running late.” Sent, without opening a single chat.
Hand out jobs, set due dates and tick things off while you're on the move.
“What's on tomorrow?” “Book a site visit with Priya, Thursday at ten.” Done.
“Read my latest email from Priya.” Then “reply saying I'll be there at ten.” It checks with you, then sends.
“Call Tom.” A voice or video call starts straight away. No numbers, no dialling.
“Find the Harper contract.” Searched everywhere you're allowed, opened in a second.
“What did I miss?” Every chat, task and booking boiled down to a few friendly sentences.
Up-to-the-minute answers, or it reads a website for you and tells you what matters.
No robotic voice, no awkward pauses. Just a warm, natural conversation with someone who already knows your business inside out.
On site, in the van or between meetings, tap the microphone and talk. It answers out loud, starts speaking almost instantly, and stops the moment you cut in. Choose the voice your team likes best.
“What did I miss this morning?”
Halo, Max, Ava: give it a name that fits your company. It introduces itself by it, and everyone sees “Ask” and its name at the top of Orkello.
Name it in Settings. It introduces itself by it.
Handing an AI the keys to your business is a big deal, so we designed it the other way round: it gets exactly the access the person using it has, and not an inch more.
Every request runs through the same permission checks as the rest of Orkello. If you can't open a folder, see a customer or read a chat, neither can it.
Before it sends, books, changes or calls anything, it shows you exactly what it's about to do. Only your own yes, tapped or said, makes it happen, and exactly as shown. The AI can't do it on its own.
What your team says to it is used to answer them, and that's all. It's never used to train AI models, and it's handled under a strict data processing agreement.
Orkello doesn't keep a copy of your conversations with the assistant. We count how much it's used, so you're billed fairly, and keep a short list of what it did (never what was said) for your admins.
Messages, emails, files and websites it reads are treated as information, never as orders. It only reads websites you give it or its own search finds, and never your private network.
The microphone switches on when you tap it and off when you're done. When it's listening, you'll always see it.
Everything travels encrypted between your device, Orkello and the AI, the same protection your bank uses online.
Admins decide which roles and people can use it, and can switch it off for anyone, any time. And it's always clearly an AI, never pretending otherwise.
The short version: it can only do what you could do yourself, it asks before it acts, and your data stays yours.
The assistant is an add-on for any Orkello plan. Switch it on whenever you're ready, choose who can use it, and watch the busywork disappear.
